ReKazShea will process orders within 24 hours of receipt and shipped within 8-10 working business days, unless it is prohibited by an act of God or an uncontrollable circumstance.  ReKazShea will notify you via e-mail if any type of prohibited act of God or uncontrollable situation occurs. In addition, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
