Refund policy

 

Returns on Candles

To initiate a return please contact Rekazshea.com within 5 business days of receiving your product.  If 5 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Any items that you return must be in their original condition. If the item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error it will not be accepted for return. We do not offer returns due to scent preferences, color preferences, change of mind, or mistakes in the ordering process for which we are not at fault. Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned items.  


Returns on Soaps

ReKazShea, does keep in mind that everyone has a different sense of smell, this is why we will try our best to describe the smell of our cold press and hot press soaps, body butter, body scrubs, lip scrubs, lip balms, and body oils to you. Due to sanitary reasons, we are not permitted to refund or exchange your product, for any of these items. Please be certain of the product you choose before confirming your order. However, if there has been a mistake on our behalf, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve this issue in a timely manner. Moreover, keep in mind that your computer monitor’s settings may be different from ours, so if your product arrives lighter or darker in shade, this is the reason behind it. We try our best to describe each and every one of our products so you'll know exactly what to expect. 

 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. If the package that you are returning is lost during transit back to us, a refund will not be issued. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged with the same item.
